Geláre, founded in 1987, opened its first store in Fremantle, Western Australia. Known for its unique waffle batter that impeccably complements our ice cream, we have expanded our offerings over the years to include premium frozen yogurts, freshly baked waffles, and pancakes. With a rich history of milestones, Geláre has opened stores in various locations such as Sydney, Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia, as well as launching a mobile food van in 2019. Our products are proudly Halal certified by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS).Our vision for Geláre is to become a trendsetter and innovator in the ice cream and café industry.
