Our pancakes are blended with various ingredients and put into a mixer to make dough. Each morning, you start by splitting hundreds of eggs and manually separating yolks and whites. After ordering, make the meringue with the mixer only as much as you need and bake it according to the dough. This is the birth of fluffy pancakes.
