Four Seasons Durians started as a fresh fruit stall in the early 70s, situated along Thomson Road. In 2002, Victor Chan, a baking instructor, took over the business and transformed it into a full-fledged thematic store. He envisioned his store as a Singaporean confectionary icon in the world, not just for durian fruits but also for durian-infused products.Mr Chan's first successful product was the delicious durian puffs, which quickly became a family favourite. His success continued with the opening of a second outlet in AMK Hub, where customers queued up for his famous Durian Pancakes, stretching from the store's basement to the taxi stand. Mr Chan's undying spirit led him to develop other products, such as Durian Mochi and Mao Shan Wang ice cream, which were equally popular.As the demand for the King of Fruits and its infused products grew globally, Four Seasons Durians expanded its reach. Today, the company exports its products across Asia and has established a new brand, Mao Shan Wang Cafe.The company's vision is to be recognized as the best place by durian lovers worldwide. Their mission is to make a difference in the durian industry in Singapore and beyond by offering fair trade, outstanding service, and excellent products.
