Genki Sushi was inspired by 24 year old sushi chef Fumio Saito, whose aim was to integrate ‘Kaiten’ into his sushi restaurant.This revolving conveyor belt would modernise his restaurant, pioneering the use of such technology to serve sushi.Genki Sushi first set up their outlet in Singapore in 2011, and has since grown to 7 stores across the country.Through a Kousoku Express system, Genki Sushi in Singapore brilliantly delivers dishes to tables, providing a quick and exciting dining experience.Genki Sushi seeks to serve the most professional and authentic experience and are dedicated to providing a variety of affordable sushi while never compromising their quality.Genki Sushi’s menu ranges from Gunkan, handrolls to rice and noodles as well as desserts.Their Dai Man Zoku selection includes Seared Akaebi with Garlic Butter, Salmon Belly, Hamachi and Seared Sukiyaki Beef among other delicious choices.There are also classic Nigiri Sushi to delight in, like Inari, Tamagoyaki, Salmon and even Smoked Duck.Genki Sushi also offers appetisers and side dishes such as Chawanmushi and Asari Miso Soup as well as Cheese Mochi and their fan favourite Mentaiko Fries.For more hearty dishes, Genki Sushi serves Asari Shoyu Ramen, Poached Egg Udon, Mini Chicken Teriyaki Don and Mini Chirashi Don too!
